The TBF5 disc brush was developed to meet the highest requirements for rounding even minimal contours. The combination of solid bond technology with our expertise in positioning bristle bundles at specific angles generates excellent deburring results and precise material removal. The bristles have a nylon base and are heavily impregnated with Silicon Carbide (SIC), Ceramic (KK), or Diamond (DIA).

Depending on the hardness of the material being processed, one or another filament is used.

This system is available in four versions, depending on the density and geometry of the material. The tufts can be angled 15° to the right or left.
